| Background |

The program provides social services to people targeting the most vulnerablewith special focus, on children, women, and the elderly.
The aim is to care and develop the capacities of these targeted groups allowing them to use their full potentials.The service is offered and is integrated in all the different programs offered by the vast network of PRCS Branches, centers in the West Bank, Gaza, and the Diaspora. |

• Pre-school education: Kindergarten, Nurseries.
• Elderly Care: Old age home, day care, home care.
• Women ability development: Training , education.
• Family and child care: child protection center, family service,
financial
adoption of children.
• Relief Activities: first aid relief items in disaster.
